Do you charge for quotes or site visits?
No. All quotes and site visits are completely free and no obligation. We’ll only charge a travel fee if the job is significantly outside our usual areas.
Do I need to supply my own paint or materials?
No, we usually supply all materials ourselves. We only use trusted, high-quality products we know deliver long-lasting results. We’ll walk you through paint options and colours during your site visit.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for larger jobs or exterior work during warmer months. That said, we’ll always try to fit you in where we can.
Do you work weekends or evenings?
Our typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–8:00pm, but we’re flexible. For commercial or urgent jobs, we can discuss weekend availability.
Do you clean up after the job is done?
Always. We treat every property with respect. That means protecting surfaces before we start and leaving everything clean and tidy when we’re finished.
